Where we ship
We deliver anywhere in India. You can also choose Store Pickup at checkout and collect your order in person, with no shipping charge.
Shipping charges
Home delivery is shown at checkout. The exact amount always appears in your order summary before you pay — there are no charges added afterwards. Prices on the site already include taxes.
When your order ships
We start preparing your order as soon as your payment is confirmed and hand it to the courier within 1–2 working days. Most orders arrive within 4–7 days of ordering, depending on where you are. If you need a piece by a particular date, message us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it.
Tracking your order
Follow every step — Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Delivered — on the Track Your Order page using your order number and mobile number. Once your parcel ships, the courier's name and tracking number appear there too.
Store pickup
Choose Store Pickup at checkout and we'll contact you on your mobile number to arrange a collection time once your order is packed and ready. Pickup address: VIP-50, VIP Colony, IRC Village, Bhubaneswar, Odisha 751015.
Payment
All orders are prepaid through Razorpay — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets. Cash on delivery isn't available yet.
Damaged or wrong parcel?
If your parcel arrives damaged or something's missing, please message us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. See also Returns & Refunds.
