Products
We describe every piece as accurately as we can. Handwoven and handcrafted fabrics can have small variations in weave and colour — that's part of their character, not a defect. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Any shipping charge is shown in your order summary before you pay.
Orders and payment
- Your order is confirmed once your payment is received. You'll see the confirmation on screen, and can check it any time on Track Your Order.
- While you're paying, we hold your items for up to 15 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that time, they're released for other shoppers.
- If an item becomes unavailable after you've paid, we refund you in full automatically.
Coupons
Coupons are subject to the conditions shown when you apply them, such as a minimum order value, expiry date or usage limit. One coupon can be used per order.

Reviews
By submitting a review you allow us to show your name, rating, review text and photo on our website. We may choose not to publish reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not about our products.

ESARI™ and the ESARI “Own Your Drape” logo are trademarks of Esari (Trademark Application No. 8062986). The name, logo, product photos, designs and text on this website belong to Esari and may not be copied, reused or sold without our written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a concern, please contact us first — we'll always try to resolve it directly.
Grievance Officer
For any complaint, write to our Grievance Officer, Puja Agarwala, at admin@esari.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
